Today I took the big step and joined the new gym in town. it was fabulous and I'm sure it's going to help me get to my goal. The lady said that my body was more than 40 per cent fat, which was quite a shock and not very appealing. I kept well under my 1500 cals today. Breakfast, piece seeded toast, plain. Dinner, Tin Baxters Minestrogne soup. Tea rice with steamed broccoli and veg curry sauce poured over. Treat was an alcopops after tea. day 1 a success but have visitors staying all week so am a bit worried about all the pub meals out. Just keep counting the cals, no alcohol at dinnertime and and it will all be alright.
