I used to hate tracking calories and was actually against it as a non sustainable way of life. Boy was I wrong! I have actually been realizing how much food I CAN eat on a "diet" and still stick within my calorie goal when I am eating healthier and not mindlessly snacking. Before, I would eat a treat and call it quits for the day because I already 'messed up'. Now I am finally realizing that I can make it fit in my day and if I dont, then just move on and do better the next day!
