Again not a bad day today, I’ve made a conscious effort to stay away from the snacks today but I do still have a few hours before bedtime 😁
My jog was ok but I felt like a slug today so only managed 2.5 miles, but it’s better than nothing so I’ll take it. Busy day tomorrow so no chance for exercising but I’ll have to make up for it on Saturday and Sunday.
63.3 kg Lost so far: 0.4 kg.    Still to go: 1.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
