In 1 month of using FS, I've lost half a stone! I'm very happy with that as it opened my eyes to my misconceptions with amount of calories I was eating. I don't feel deprived of anything as it's give and take, so I still have a cheeky take away (most weekends 😳) but claw it back through the week. Recording my exercise also becomes quite addictive 😂 and as I see the changes in my body, it spurs me on to keep going. I now find quite often that eating that piece of cake wasn't really that satisfying and wasn't worth the calories it used from my daily allowance. Plus being under my daily allowance a little bit is a win! I've recently returned to work after summer, so we shall see how I can work it all around having to go to work 🤣 wish my luck! 😁
