Started working out again, for real. Doing it consistently. In about a week I've lost 3 inches total, and a few pounds. I can't really be sure how much weight I've lost, since my scale is SO unreliable. It can go up and down as much as 5 pounds within a few minutes. So I don't really know if I trust it, but it's been on a downward trend almost every day, so I'm assuming I'm losing.

Although I don't really care about the weight so much as my measurements and tightening up. If I have muscle and am how I want to look, then I don't care how much I weigh.

Also started keeping a log of what I'm eating. Counting calories when I can, but not stressing about measuring every last little calorie. Like when I make a meal I know is healthy, but adding up all of the total ingredients and then trying to calculate exactly how much of each of those I ate for the meal is annoying. I know I ate a good portion size, and I know the ingredients are healthy, so I'm not going to stress.
