Day two and it’s been a busy one - which started off with a 4 mile jog. So feeling good about that, as I normally jog for 3, but the weather is cooling down here (Shanghai), so I felt a lot happier running. I’m also pleased with my food in take, I just wish I could cut down on the snacks - although the cupboards are almost empty of those, so that should help me cut down. Fingers crossed for a good day tomorrow. Salmon will be on my menu 😊
