Measurements form today. Forgot to do it last week when I went back into weight loss mode. Discouraging numbers, especially with the scale not moving. I know it will come and I think running didn't help, so I will just keep chugging along. I know this is the healthiest way for me to eat.
Neck - 13.5 Bicep - 12.5 Bust - 37 Waist - 37 Belly button - 43 Hips - 44 Thigh - 26 Calf - 15
These are so far away from where I was before I got pregnant. I know I'll get back there again and even lower, but it's so hard to see these numbers again.
