Up today to 209.0.
Did not eat as good yesterday as usual. However I rode my bike 23 miles in the AM, and was depleted nutritionally all day. So just about everything I walked by I ate. I had healthy decent lunch, and a healthy decent dinner, but lots of snacks, and stuff on top of it all.
Bottom line is, long bike rides need to be done on cheat day. Like one of my tenets of weight loss. Exercise IS BAD FOR YOUR DIET. Get control of your diet/calories, and add exercise later and carefully.
I made some nice almonds with honey, cinnamon, and sugar with various spices. Different than my other recipes, and came out more like candied almonds. Not sure I will revisit that one, too much like Candy.
