Even though I had no loss this week I feel thinner. My trousers keep falling down! Had another mini jog this morning - getting there!
Going to get the tape measure out later..

did you ever see the American Idol audition tape of "pants on the ground...pants on the ground" ??? It was an older guy singing...hysterical...and so appropriate for you today LOL!!!

LOL - I loved that episode where the older man did that song. We have a local car dealership in a town close to me that did a jingle on the radio after that that went "come around the loop, come around the loop, come aroudn the loop to Morrell Auto Group. So now I will have both versions stuck in my head today. It was hysterical and sent a message that alot of young men need to listen too! I can't wait till my pants are on the ground!!!

Yes I am! I can feel muscles aching that I didn't know I had. I used to be very sporty when I was younger - Head of games at school etc - good at everything - but funnily enough never running! I love it. I am going to be fit.
