Long time no blog. I'm almost starting over at the same place I started at last year (but not quite).
A few days ago I weighed in at 321 pounds and now I am at 315.
I have been working out to the original Tae-Bo for beginners for the past 4 days, and drinking lots of water. My stomach looks a lot less bloated already.
Last year I guess I stopped paying attention to food and my weight once the holidays hit. Then after the holidays I fell into a bit of a depression and gained back some weight.
Looking back at the progress I made last year during the three months I really put my all into it, I am very sad that I did not just stick with it because I could have already been very close to my goal weight right now if I had. But knowing that makes me very hopeful and determined to be able to look back at this point in my life one year from now and see how far I've come.
