Normally five eggs whites but one egg yolk got in lol. Had a piece of grilled chicken left cut it up and added to it. Also have my overnights oats, the chocolate one to eat as well. I only eat the chocolate overnight oats twice a week, the rest are always fruit. Happy Saturday all
