I finally put the scale away. I was weighing myself several times a day, and if it went up at all I would get depressed. So ive decided to weigh in just once a week. Hopefully i will stop worrying so much!!

good for you to make the decision to only weigh once each week. I have found that to be very helpful. Another thing that's really helpful for me is to write everything I eat down. After lunch, when I see how many points I've used I can determine what to have for dinner.
