Wanna zwift so bad...Good Friday morning...but around my knees hurting so bad...even took half of a hydrocoden...had to take one yesterday as well...rain all day and again tomorrow...hurts to walk...have therapy at 1pm...had an ahhhh moment yesterday....my friend mike came over for a few..met him out by his truck..I stuck out my right arm to shake his hand..he didn’t catch on at first..but once he did...he said your healing...some times just the little things..mean so much...

Gotta prep today...cut lettuce...boil eggs...get ahead once again..never ending..just part of staying on track..

Need to eat breakfast...then might try and dress for a short zwift..just seems to make a better start to my days I can zwift...guess I enjoy that natural high I get...and it’s legal too...lol

Well....not a lot left to peck on the letters...

10.3 miles...50 min...first 1/2 miles knees were yelling at me...I think the high humidity is the problem..once I got to riding knees felt good..as far as my shoulder...no pain there at all...just not enough release of the endorphins to mask the everyday pain...for anyone out there that wants to get rich...invent endorphins in a package...lol
