No matter what, temptation will always be there. Whether you are at home with the television on, and see the CONSTANT bombardment of commercials for the unhealthiest stuff or if you are out and about and smell the aromas of everything that you know you shouldn't eat. It is always there. I would always justify giving into those temptations. I would say to myself, well lots of skinny girls are eating the same things. In my mind, I thought it isn't fair that they can eat this or that and I can't. Now, however, I can see that if anyone is eating the kinds of things I would eat they are not healthy. Skinny does not equal healthy. My goal now, more than ever before, is to be healthy. The way I look has now become secondary to that. It has taken many many MANY years to figure this out, but the light clicked on.
