Therapy wearing me out...good Thursday morning...I know changing workouts in therapy only makes me stronger..but lately when I been coming home...been wore out..stretched right arm up door to over my head yesterday...was a great, victory for me...something I haven’t been able to do since April 12 th...

Plan today had been to ride on zwift...and it might happen later..but body is tired from back to back therapy 2 days in a row..and next week will be same..since I have a doctors apt on Monday.

Rain on the way for next 4 days...had rain last night...

Breakfast is over..time to get lettuce cut up once again...little heads don’t last long..or if they are showing rust inside them...

Can't imagine your situation, hope all this end well and feel gooood again my friend. Be patient. Thank you for the youtube link, I watched the video. The doctor said "live with it, get used to it, eat the right food so your skin recovers a little every three months, you'll have good quality skin if your food is good. Last advice Fasting helps your skin to be tightened. Mike did I understand everything? Good advice. Thank you very much. Or be rich and have the plastic surgery (lol)
