Bodybuilding.com shows my weight loss calories at 1600!! I had previously seen on a website that my maintenance is around 2500. I have been eating according to that (so about 2100 and also exercising) and losing weight.
Just goes to show you can't accept everything you see on a website because it may not work for you.l even though it may work for someone else. I cant imagined eating 1600 calories a day. I love eating as much as I do.

FS says mine is 1400 and on weekends I tend to go over but during the week I try to keep them below 700
