I feel hungry but I know it is just because it is evening and I love snacks in the evening. I need to get used to feeling hungry at night when I have already hit my calorie limit!

That's why I did IF. I picked an eating window of 2pm - 8pm. After 8:00, it's a hard and fast no eating - anything. My body got used to it and now I don't even think about eating after 8pm.

Try celery sticks with 0% simply yogurt dip, tastes great and holds the munchies at bay for very few calories.
