Feels good to be eating healthy again after a long weekend of not. I decided to make new goals for myself. I need to lose about 20 pounds but doing it in increments of about 5 pounds at a time! Ultimate goal is to lose inches more so than weight :) One inch at a time for a total if 3 inches lost around my waist. Let's do this :) Taking my 'before' picture tomorrow!
