Hot smoked steelhead trout. Also did a reverse sear 2.6lb tomahawk ribeye but I post too many ribeye pics. Paired great with Suntory whiskey on the rocks!

For those who haven't yet tried Steelhead trout, it looks like salmon, has a milder flavor and the fat content is higher. It's more forgiving to cook but at 145 deg internal temp, it's pretty awesome.
