I know I lost 3 pounds, but I sure wish it was more. While I didn't expect to repeat when I first started and drop 6 pounds right away, I think I was hoping for 4 or 5. Better set my expectations lower and realize that I'm starting out 38 pounds lighter than before and I did eat low carb a lot of the time, so my body is probably pretty adjusted to it. Not a lot of water weight to drop. I do feel better.

Couch to 5k starts today. Planning on going running after work and taking Miss S. with me. Hopefully she's enjoy it, since the first few weeks are a lot of stopping and starting!

I also gave up diet soda as of today. I went out and bought some sparkling water and cut up lemons and limes. I'm hoping that will get me through. I have already been down to 1 diet soda a day for over a year and now I just need to kick that last one.
