The weight is slowly melting off. And All this with no exercise 🤭 (which is uncommom for me because I have always exercised. But with exams and work trips, it’s hard to do it, so I keep to IF and clean eating).My biggest breakthrough has been this: i don’t nibble and crave for treats anymore; I can eat a meal and be full and continue about my business until the next one; whereas before, all I used to think about from one meal to the next, was “what should I eat now” 🤔- I would crave chips 🍟and the after eating chips, I crave for a burger 🍔 then after that, I crave chocolate 🍫🤦🏾♀️ the cycle was just never ending. And now I am finally starting to feel my eating habits getting back to normal and “clean” (and away from being“binge-y” - if thats even a word! 😂), which I how I lost my very first 20kgs.

Thank you so much friends for your support! I may not know you personally, but your journeys have been inspirations and have given me motivation to keep going even when I wasn’t seeing any progress in mine 🙌🏾 man! I love this community 🤗🤗
