Up a few pounds. We had a BBQ on Sunday instead of Labor Day I haven’t logged my food had some long days too tired and I just plain forgot. I planned to have cheat day so will get back on the band wagon and move forward this is a new life style change. Not a sprint. I’ve always said I’m the tortoise 🐢 not the hare in race of life slow and steady wins in my book.
