Week 8
And we're back on track! Having discovered some new found inspiration, I've focused myself back into a healthy regime.
I've also this week started a make-up detox (haha). It all started after I discovered foundation and it's magical properties and how it seemed to fix all my imperfections in a jiffy. But instead, it worsened my skin, leading to me need to use it even more to hide my blemishes... needless to say, it was pretty much a vicious circle. I've stopped wearing make-up, excluding mascara and some shine reducing powder and have noticed my skin clearing up amazingly!
So now I'm concentrating on fixing up the rest of me too and instead of just reducing my calorific intake, I've decided to take some actual exercise. So I've taken up running! Hope I can keep it up - wish me luck!
Oh yeah and -1.8 lbs, wahay! :] Hope you're all doing well!
