No sugar strawberry juice? Strawberries have lots of natural sugar? No sugar, How can that be?

I was so healthy, so low kcal <300, and keep me full until I took my dinner

About the fries I cut them from the raw pumpkin, then I boil them, if you want, for taste, you could 'fry' them with a tablespoon of coconut oil.
