I've also started paying more attention to my body especially after meals. I've found that Bai Molokai Coconut drinks do not agree with me. I'm thinking it might be the processed Stevia and Erythritol that does not agree with my digestion. My tummy gets to rumbling afterwards and feels more bloated after drinking within about 20 minutes.
