Wahay! I went for a run today with my uncle (he's big into running like that) and wow, am I feeling tired! We ran about 2.5 miles and now I can reeeally feel it. I can just imagine what I'm gonna feel like tomorrow. But on top of the pain, I'm feeling good. I've got that adrenaline buzz and it's good. I'm think I'm going to do it more often... :] First though, I think I'm going to invest in a better pair of headphones!
