I am so proud of myself. I went to see 'The Dark Knight Rises' yesterday, to escape the 93+ degree Seattle heat wave. ;>) I sneaked in a bottle of water and stuck to drinking only water, while my husband scarfed on buttered popcorn and soda. It helped that the movie was action packed.
72.6 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 13.6 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
