Started using safflower oil twice a day in addition to my exercise program. Lost 5 pounds this week. My blood pressure was 134/ 80 last week. Today it was 115/70. Awesome.
88.5 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 10.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
