Today was a great day finally took off the weight from my from my anniversary dinner splurge. Totally worth it. I feel better when I can enjoy a cheat day without derailing my weight loss progress. I don’t need one all the time once in a while allows me to keep this as a lifestyle change rather than a quick fix. Oh happy day.
