So close. Had a really bad couple of weeks but will not let this deter me. My goal is to lose those 19.2 lbs. before our family get together at thanksgiving. Had to give up Atkins because of my gout (too much protein) but I have decided to use my new phone app, no sugar, low carbs and stay under 1400 calories. Lets see how this works. Let you know next month. LOL
