I struggle a lot eating veggies so the only way I enjoy them is when I make soups like this one! I normally do about 2 per week that I can eat with everymeal and likely I haven't get bored of them.

Homemade soup is the best! If you don't like eating veggies on the side, have you considered replacing some meat with veggies in things? If something has a lot of sauce (like stroganoff, tikka masala, etc), I'll often use up veggies (whatever is going) as a meat replacement instead, as it's the sauce that gives all the flavour. Hubby wasn't too impressed first time he got served "carrot korma"... hahaha! But as soon as he tasted it, he was alright with it.

That's a great way to eat veggies! :) But my problem is not with the taste, is more about the texture and I've try so many things and nothing works except the soups! But thank you for the advice, its good to know how we all have different tricks :)
