Right. I was house sitting and I totally did not keep track of my food intake, nor did I exactly make the best choices. Chips and onion dip was had in abundance, as was Alfredo sauce. Plus I'm bloated due to being female and for all the salt consumed. On the plus side, I went for 2 long walks a day with the dog, and I'm real active this week too. Going rafting this weekend, and I'm running around a lot in a scenario as a roleplayer for the local police department, so we'll see how it goes. Back on track! I'm tired of losing the same 5 lbs over and over again.
