OK so I'm back. I've reached new heights with my weight. I never thought I would put more weight on as I thought I had it under control. How wrong I was! But anyway. I am back and on it. I am following a keto inspired diet. I'm not full keto as I also believe that I need to enjoy life and so if I feel like a carb then I am not going to feel guilty about it. I am going to own it and move on. I know I have to work on my relationship with food and this is a step in the right direction for me. I am loving this way of eating especially the cream in my coffee! ☕ I have lost just over a stone since end of May and I intend to keep going in the right direction now. I have around 96lbs still to lose.
