Well, failed to record what I ate this weekend but I'm proud to say that I resisted many many temptations AND I didn't drink any soda!!:) Soda was my weakness and it has been hard but I've been strong! I watched what I ate, kept the portions right so I'm not too upset I didn't write it down but I can't let that go of that habit as it has been helping me ALOT! I weighed in on Saturday and I have lost 5lbs!!! I have become more motivated and now I'm sure I have the will to keep going. I went running/walking today (about 6 miles) and it was great, took my sister with me and I can say it was definitely helpful to have someone beside me. I am looking up and moving forward- I have made a step closer to my goal!! Yay, WE can do this!:D

great job with the 5lbs! and its fine to not record once in a while. its good to fly solo on healthy choices. i had a weekend like that last week, i told myself that even if i didnt stay under RDI thats ok its not a step backwards because that is how i ate before the diet (when i was pretty much maintaining), its not a step back or forth, just not a step.... (and i also did try to limit myself and make better choices too) keep up the good work.
