Have you tried the Honey Smoked Salmon in packets from Costco? It is delicious! I also like sardines in mustard sauce. I add a dab of Hot Sriracha Sauce to the mustard. Yummy! Both types of fish have Omega III Oils in them.

Sardines! I could eat them every day ignoring their calories! But only baked not smoked.
