summering's Journal, 15 Aug 12

Menu for today :
Breakfast : Coffee , 2 egg omlette with cheese and bacon bits
Snack : cucumber boat filled with tuna salad
Luch :not sure
Snack : Pepper stuffed with rest of tuna salad
Dinner : Italian sausage on green salad .
If I'm hungry in the evening I will have some cottage cheese mixed with salsa .
Lot's of water

my starting weight was more than I thought , so happy to be starting back .I'm not feeling great today ... gonna wait for a couple days before I exercise .

So I did not stick to my plan ... went our for lunch with a friend . Need to get the fat down . Tomorrow is my daughters birthday gonna be hard to stay away from cake .
