Workout yesterday was good
Walking 20 min everyday
Desperately want to get back under 200
Know I shouldn't weigh everyday but I can't help it.
94.3 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 21.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
