Being brutally honest about my weight fluctuations is so hard but thats the only way to track what going on. im just glad i have not went over 75. i am around my goal weight but i still want to loose some belly fat, so i have adjusted my goal weight. This journey is really hard.
70.8 kg Lost so far: 16 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
