question - I live a sedentary lifestyle, I'm an office worker and other than walking to work and back, I don't really do much exercise due to bad knees and a bad back. what exercise would you suggest to someone like me?

Maybe some swimming as it won’t put pressure on your joints x

I would start off by trying to get your 10,000 steps a day in. I am an office worker and I do small changes like parking the car further away so I have to walk, using a different toilet, taking five minutes to walk round the building. finding a good 'lap' you can do at lunch time rather than sit looking at your screen. if you get a pedometer it becomes a good challenge. other colleagues may even join in, remember, misery loves company😉
