Fell off the wagon last night... started off with a fun sized candy bar, then I dove right into a small bag of SunChips, then chocolate milk... I was extremely tempted to not add them to my food log...but I knew that I had to or else I would be cheating myself. Thought I would wake up today feeling awful. But instead I woke up, brushed off thoughts of the night before, and felt really excited to tackle today. Went outside to the garden and picked some fresh green beans and tomatoes...it’s almost as if my body is craving healthy foods today. Anyways, just wanted to share my thoughts!
