About a week ago I started having cravings for chocolate, and salty potato chips. I don't normally have cravings. My moods have also been all over the map, and I'm having trouble staying focused.
My caloric intake over the last week went up significantly, but I'm still averaging a small deficit.
Today I changed up the frequency of my meals to try to eat smaller and more regularly, to see if I can overcome to lack of focus.
Aug 17 Addendum: Went back and found that just preceding the period of mood swings my sodium intake was much higher than my norm. Going forward I'm going to keep a closer eye on my sodium intake. The mood swings have disappeared, and I'm back to my norm.
