The very definition of the 40-mile march. Really steady progress. Yeah, it's not lightening fast, but it's also predictable and constant. I'm not constantly fighting plateaus or anything. Just a nice, steady 1.5-2.5 pounds per week.
136.3 kg Lost so far: 8.1 kg.    Still to go: 36.6 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
