I'm weighing in tomorrow for the first time since I came back from my vacation. I hope I have my mojo back and have some kind of weight loss! I have got to start exercising every day, but I just can't get motivated. Wishing myself luck on the scale tomorrow :)

Let me know when you get motivated for exercise.....I need to do more myself. I do walk on the treadmill most days but it is not enough yet. Regardless of what the scale may say, you are doing great, because you are keepin at it. Go girl!

Thanks for the encouragement! I have a tread climber- it kicks my butt. I have the hardest time hitting a sustainable stride on it. I'm impressed that you use yours most days- that's great!

My best tip for motivation to exercise is to do it first thing in the morning on an empty stomache. First off, you get it out of the way so that you don't have to worry about it at the end of the day. I know how it is to get off work and not want to do a single thing besides lay around the house. Second, if you work out in the morning before you eat anything it burns pure fat (not calories you've stored up during the day) and boosts your metabolism. You're already doing great though so I wouldn't worry too much. :-)
