Have been losing weight slowly should probably cut out my chocolate snack but I really don’t eat any other snacks. Guess if I cut it out might lose weight faster. 😖

I find cutting leads to craving, obsessing and then overeating. If there is a treat in your life, it is ok... you are going in the right direction with your weight.

If you haven't already, switch to a 70% or not dark chocolate and just have a square or two.
