Ugh, 3 weeks of eating HORRIBLY and I have gained 10 lbs. Back to Phase 1 where I think I will stay until I reach 185 lbs!!!! Thats 20 pounds, but I tend to lose about 12 in my first 2 weeks. I need to find the motivation to start working out. Hopefully once the weather slightly cools from the HOT HUMID 100 degrees that will progress.

don't worry about falling off...the fact that you want to get back to it shows your strength. Maybe you could walk in the evening when its a little cooler. You can do this! Just keep at it and you'll get there.

hey what happened???INTO PHASE 2, did that mess you up????i am seriously dreading going back to the breads, etc etc........... i do NOT miss them, at all, not like i thought i would!!!!! WHAT do we do?Stay on Phase 1 , and have a day of FREE foods,maybe every time we hit end of week 2 ?? and enjoy evertyhing we wanna for a day,and back onto phase 1,i think i could do it!!! I need to exercise too, it will be walking when i start,nothing else!!! Good luck, please let me know how you make out it here,ok YOU can do this, we will do it together,all of us!!!!we are here for you!
