Yesterday I did well on the diet program, no worries. Had a big salad for lunch, and a small portion of chicken and veggies for dinner. Did well on snacks too! It was a good day.
I passed my exam easily in the AM, and got 3 UL credits! So exciting. I plan on taking many more CLEP/DSST exams for credits here in the next few weeks. Yesterday was Substance Abuse, next week Management Information Systems.
Rode my bike last night, and got some new bike shorts in. These are mountain biking shorts. Essentially they are swim trunk looking things (board shorts) with a liner. Gives me an idea for making my own, but heck, these may be cheaper. By the time you but a good liner and board shorts would be are more expensive. Anyway, had a hell of a tummy ache, I think because I took vitamins before I left work around 3PM. Bad idea. It must have reacted with my elixer, because it really screwed my tummy up for the night. Will not do that again anytime soon.
Work is calm down a bit, but we have some visitors doing some experiments. Its called Trident Warrior and it is how they fast track projects through the govt red tape and nonsense. Problem now is, they are caught up in red-tape and nonsense, lol. Fail fail. Anyway, they sit in our space and cramp out style, we have to act professional. Or try to (in my case).
