Guys can I still eat 2 to 3 fruits a day if trying to cut sugar out of my diet?

All fruits have natural sugars... You can always check the nutritional info of the fruits you want to eat to find out how much sugar it contains

I would say no unless you choose your fruits carefully e.g blueberries, gooseberries etc only from the berry family

The rule of thermodynamics still apply, calories in vs calories out. As long as the macros are within your daily intake you should be fine. Would limit the fruit to 2 max a day.

Max 3 strawberries pd and half a banana pd. Blueberries and gooseberries what can fit in the palm of your hand I was told.
