what can i share? perhaps what my fundamentals have been since changing my habits.
1 - weigh & measure everything. Having a kitchen scale made me realize I was understating a lot of calories & it has helped me to re-evaluate what my portions should be looking like.
2 - exercise is important. Do not skip it for too long. Wear a pedometer if you must, just keep moving.
3 - jenny craig's weigh-in scale measures in 0.2 increments. I have found a scale that has the same accuracy & actually does one better, and measures in 0.1 increments, making it more accurate. The Thinner TH321 bathroom scale has helped me to remove dependency on jenny craig, and take control. Something I need to master if I want to be able to do this on my own for the rest of my life.
Healthy changes aren't the easiest. You will make dozens of mistakes along the way. I have plenty more to make. But I am so excited that for the first time in my life, I am in control, and food no longer controls me. Have a healthy day buddies & all.
