im had such a bad weekend, eating all the wrong foods. Haven't weighed in for about a week now 😑. i feel like a need a reset button or some kind of a detox so that i can get back on track with my diet.

We have all been there, weekends aren't the easiest I know.. I've found that IF the first 3 days of the week help me curb the cravings for the rest of the week
