Okay im trying this diet & exercise thing again! When i dont see any results i gives up.... So this time i seeked some assistance from the doctor and he prescibed Orlistat to help. Hopefully this works i my favour. I started the pills last week Tuesday, which is once a day. I am trying to eat alot lot better now as well and doing some at home exercises. Here Goes!!!
